Price Guarantee

Prices are subject to adjustment in the event of changes to general sales tax/value added tax. Fuel or airfare increases, currency fluctuations, etc.

Before you make a booking we will give you the up to date price of your chosen holiday, including the cost of any peak season supplements, upgrades or additional facilities which you have requested.

Once you have accepted this price and a booking has been made, that price is fully guaranteed and will not be subject to any surcharges.

Insurance

Luggage and personal effects are conveyed entirely at owner’s risk. Passengers should ensure that they have comprehensive insurance cover for cancellation, medical expenses, personal luggage, money etc. Vehicles on escorted tours carry passenger liability insurance in accordance with existing laws in Zanzibar.

Passports & Visas

The onus is on the client to ensure that passports and visas are valid for the countries visited. Both the Company and its agents cannot be held liable for any visa etc. not held by clients.

Law

The law of the Zanzibar shall govern the relationship between WISENET LIMITED (the owner of ZANZIBAR QUEST) and the Clients, Tour Organizers and Hotels.

Deposit Policy & Cancellation Schedule

Full payment must be made on bookings made less than 30 days before commencement of the Tour/Safari.

Cancellations: It is our policy to levy cancellation charges and this applies as follows:

• from 14 days to 60 days before arrival: 30% of total cost
• from 11 days to 8 days before arrival: 50% of total cost
• from 7 days to 0 days before arrival: 100% of total cost

Alteration to Tours, Safaris and Other Activities: We reserve the right to alter arrangements or cancel the operation of a scheduled tour should circumstance demand it. The company also reserves the right to decline or retain any person as a member of any Tour, Safari and Other Activities at any time, in which case a refund will be made accordingly.

Liability: The Company and its agents act only as agents of the customer in all matters relating to our services and shall not be liable for injury, delays, loss or damage whatsoever. The laws of the country in which the tour takes place and no other country govern the companies liability to passengers carried in its own vehicles. All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the country in which any action arises. It is therefore advisable to take an insurance cover for personal effects, accidents and medical expenses.
